Septomida MD Spray is a powerful anti-exudative, astringent and an antiseptic adjuvant for the treatment of extensive exudative skin lesions, promoting their healing.

Acting externally through direct topical application, zinc, copper and aluminium-potassium sulphates present in Septomida MD exert drying and astringent effects, eliminating exudate from exudative cutaneous lesions. This anti-exudative effect reduces the risk of infections.

Septomida MD is indicated for cleaning wounds, hygiene of weeping extemsive skin ulcers (pressure sores, diabetic ulcers, burns, etc.), or any other weeping lesion that is infected or likely to become infected.

It is used as a co-adjuvant treatment for weeping lesions of allergic (acute dermatitis, acute exudative eczema), fungal (exudative dermatomycosis, infections with vesicles/maceration, etc.), bacterial (acute secondary dermatitis, pompholyx, impetigo) and viral aetiology (herpes zoster), as well as inflammatory skin lesions with exudate (intertrigo, non-specific or irritative external exudative balanitis or balanoposthitis, etc.).

Septomida MD sachets is indicated as an antiexudative, astringent and antiseptic co-adjuvant for weeping skin lesions in adults and children.

Septomida MD may be used in combination with medicated treatments



1- How to prepare the solution: Fill a suitable container with tap water. Add the contents of approximately one sachet per litre and stir until the powder is fully dissolved. The solution is now ready for use.

2- Application: Bathe the affected area in the sink, bidet, a wash bowl or suitable container twice daily until the exudate or moisture disappears.
