Periocular care

The eyeball is undoubtedly a very important part of the visual organ. For it to function properly, it is surrounded by structures requiring effective functioning.

Periocular structures

The eyelids with their eyelashes protect the eye from the entry of foreign bodies and make cleansing easier, the tear glands also protect and lubricate it, the muscles move it and the orbital septum and orbital fat cushion and help the eye to move.

Due to ageing and factors such as stress, fatigue, pollution, etc. or underlying pathological conditions, these periocular structures can suffer from disorders in their structure and/or function.
